Sweet Bottom Plantation in Duluth
Sweet Bottom Plantation is a historic community located in Duluth, Georgia. It was built in the late 1980s to early 1990s and is designed to look like a pre-Civil War plantation, with antebellum-style homes and beautiful landscaping.
One of the standout features of Sweet Bottom Plantation is its beautiful architecture. The homes in the community are designed to look like traditional Southern plantation homes, with grand columns, sprawling front porches, and beautiful landscaping. Many of the homes also feature modern amenities, such as updated kitchens, spacious bedrooms, and modern bathrooms.
In addition to its stunning architecture, Sweet Bottom Plantation also offers a range of amenities for residents to enjoy. These include a swimming pool, tennis courts, and several walking trails.
